The Purpose Behind Our Governance
The All Saints Foundation is committed to operating with clarity, integrity, and accountability. Our governance structure ensures responsible stewardship of the endowment and alignment with the mission of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco. The principles below reflect the framework that guides our decisions and safeguards our future.

Governance and Cornerstone Principles of the All Saints Foundation
The All Saints Foundation will conduct all business and carry out all affairs in accordance with the explicit and detailed written policies and governing documents approved by its Board of Trustees.
The All Saints Foundation is an independently established and governed entity with its
own set of approved By-Laws that operates as a tax-exempt organization in accordance
with Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).The Foundation's By-Laws stipulate that the Presiding Hierarch of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco shall always serve as the Chairman of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees shall be comprised of: (1) four to twelve members appointed for four-year terms by the Chairman, (2) the Vice President of the Metropolis Council, and (3) the President of the Philoptochos of the Metropolis of San Francisco.
All Trustees must be members in good standing of a Greek Orthodox parish within the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco.
Officers of the Foundation shall include its President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, who shall be annually elected by the Foundation's Board of Trustees.
Stability
The All Saints Foundation will seek to build and sustain an impactful and meaningful endowment with the singular aim of providing asset management in a manner which will help to ensure the long-term financial security and well-being of the Metropolis, its Ministries, its Parishes, its Clergy, and our communities at large.
Transparency
The All Saints Foundation is a public charity that is tax exempt as an organization
described in IRS Code Section 501(c)(3), and that is committed to a structure which ensures independent oversight, operating control, and adherence to state and federal regulations.
