The All Saints Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) endowment established to ensure the long-term strength and stability of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco. Rooted in more than a century of Orthodox faith and Hellenic heritage in the western United States, the Foundation exists to safeguard this legacy and support the vibrant spiritual life of our communities for generations to come.

Through responsible stewardship and disciplined investment, the Foundation provides a permanent source of funding dedicated to the growth of our Metropolis. Its purpose is to strengthen and sustain our Ministries, support our Clergy, and nurture the spiritual, educational, and cultural programs that enrich parishioners across the region. By building long-term financial security, the Foundation helps ensure that the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco can meet the needs of today while preparing faithfully for the future.

The All Saints Foundation operates with transparency, independent governance, and a clear commitment to ethical leadership. Its Board of Trustees—chaired by the Presiding Hierarch of the Metropolis and composed of appointed members alongside key ex officio leaders—guides all decisions according to its Articles of Incorporation, Investment Policies, and Funding and Grant-Making guidelines. This structure ensures accountability, thoughtful oversight, and alignment with the mission of the Church.
